Prepay and Beat the HST Deadline
On July 1st, 2010, we will start to add the new tax - HST (13%) to all our spa service charges. The Ontario Government has promised that all Ontarians and Ontario businesses will see “benefits” from this new tax in the next few years. Meanwhile, we do not have any choice and need to pay the extra 8% on all services, which currently are only GST taxable.
Since we are also customers, we do not like this new tax, so that we are proposing to our customers a soft transition to this new HST era. By prepaying for your future services at our spa now, you will pay only the GST (until June 30, 2010 only). If you prepay for a series of 5 services (one type) you will receive an extra 10% off from the pre tax price (20% off on 5 IPL services). This offer will also be extended to include Registered Massages.
