Making Appointments
Please book your treatments in advance over the phone or online (instant confirmation will be provided 24/7) to ensure the appointment time you would like is available. Have your credit card handy. Keep in mind that our Fridays and Saturdays appointments are popular and fill very quickly. You will receive a courtesy phone call approximately 24 hours before your visit to ensure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In consideration of others, 24 hrs notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Please keep in mind that “No-Shows” or last minute cancellations leave us with empty appointment times. We will do all that we can to avoid cancellation charges, however full treatment charges will apply for “No-Show” or late cancellation of Friday and/or Saturday appointments.
Arriving
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. New customers will be required to fill out a confidential, health history record. A robe, sandals and a locker will be provided for your use.
Running Late
Should you arrive late, in consideration of our next guest, your treatment still must end as scheduled and full charges will apply.
Credit Card
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment for Fridays and Saturdays. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Personal Belongings
Please note the Spa is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. Please check robe pockets and locker to ensure you have all your personal belongings with you prior leaving the spa. We also advise you not to bring in any precious possessions into the spa. Many of our treatment require taking off jewellery and/or other personal charms.
Gratuity & Taxes
Gratuity and applicable taxes are not included. Gratuities can be added to your credit card or debit bill. Please advice front desk personnel prior swiping your card.
Cell Phone & Smartphone Use
Please avoid using your electronic devices in the spa. We want you to enjoy your spa experience, as well as those around you. Please be considerate of others.
Reservations for Packages & Parties
Advanced reservations are required for all Spa Packages/Parties. A deposit of 50% of the total services will be charged when making a group reservation.
Massage Receipts for Insurance Purposes
Massage receipts are available for insurance purposes only if the massage is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be redeemed towards services, products and therapy massages. No cash refunds.
Pre-paid Packages or Series of Services
If you change your mind regarding your pre-paid package or series of services, we will be glad to deposit remaining amount of $`s into your account for your future use towards other services or products. No refunds on pre-paid services.
